Wolter Group LLC serves as the strategic and financial backbone of the enterprise, guiding Wolter Inc. and its portfolio of material handling, automation, power systems, crane, storage and dock & door businesses.

This transition highlights Wolter Group LLC’s commitment to strong governance and strategic growth. Steve Kletzien, the current Group-level CFO, will transition fully to the Board, ensuring continued financial oversight, while Mike Matt assumes the CFO role at the Group level, strengthening leadership across Wolter Group LLC and reinforcing Wolter Inc.’s executive team.
