How it Works
Replace your existing lead-acid or fossil-fueled fork truck with lithium-ion technology. Participating distributors will apply the program’s incentive at the time of sale. Customers can receive a discount up to 33% of the equipment price, not to exceed values shown below. Incentives are subject to funding availability within the offering. Eligible products are sold through participating distributors and are listed on the program’s Qualified Product List. Instant discount is provided at the time of purchase only. Customers must have an active ComEd account at the site where the equipment will be installed and used.
Energy Efficient Forklift Battery Chargers
The ComEd Energy Efficiency Program offers an incentive on high-efficiency battery chargers that are sold through participating distributors. Industrial battery chargers are used to charge electrical forklift vehicles. Newer charging technology can save hundreds of dollars a year in electricity costs per unit.
