Mezzanine systems can help when running out of space in your warehouse, distribution center or manufacturing facility. Before considering expansion or relocation, consider installing a mezzanine to maximize your existing space. They can double storage space or increase workspace without paying additional property taxes.

Many companies extend the use of existing square footage with mezzanines for additional in-plant office space, small parts storage, picking & sorting operations and more.

Not sure which mezzanine system is best for your facility? Get in touch with a Wolter expert.

Free Standing Mezzanines

Free standing mezzanines are the most common type, offering the greatest flexibility in set-up and reconfiguration, and can double your floor space.

They can also be depreciated over a short period of time, providing tax advantages.
