Wolter Expands to Missouri with Latest Acquisition of A D Lift Truck

Wolter is pleased to share the news of its latest acquisition, A D Lift Truck, a family-owned and operated forklift and material handling company with over 40 years in the industry. This marks Wolter’s 11th acquisition in the last 10 years.

The Missouri-based forklift company serves the St. Louis Metro Area as well as Southern Illinois from its two facilities located in St. Louis & St. Clair.

A D Lift Truck supplies new and used forklifts, material handling equipment, warehouse & safety products, pallet racking, dock equipment, 24/7 equipment servicing, parts, forklift operator training, and more to their wide network of customers.

The acquisition of A D Lift Truck expands Wolter’s offering of Kion North America’s Linde and Baoli lines of electric, gas, and LP forklifts.

Furthermore, A D Lift Truck will become a new dealer of Doosan Industrial Vehicle’s line of forklifts and material handling equipment.
